So after somebody slipping a loose IG-88 figure in with something unrelated I bought on Ebay back in January jump starting my love for vintage collecting this is where i'm at.

I sold all my stuff in the early 2000's and always regretted it, so that solitary figure mushroomed pretty quiclky.

I decided to collect a set of mint loosies, was doing pretty well, then found out about variants....no one knew a thing about these back in the day, and I was hooked. Have to say Pomse2001 and his website are a huge inspiration with these.

So my loosie set has now become 278 loose variants so far...and I still need a sodding R2 D2 Pop up Lightsaber!!

Then I thought, hmm maybe I could get an odd MIB ship or two....Im now on 29 MIB items...

That just leaves MOC's...I swore I'd never start on these...now I have 27.

I've learnt some invaluable information, spoke to some great people on here and made some great deals with people.

Got some great thing on the way to share with you all, definately going to need a bigger cupboard soon!

Thanks,

Adam

This has rolled along nicely since your last post, Adam

Always a treat to hear how folk got back into Star Wars collecting... and heartwarming to hear your story began with an unrelated IG-88 figure popping through the letterbox... cracking stuff :D

jesus christ! All that in less than a year  Good going. It's great collection :)
Yeah, I had a similar reaction with the old "Jesus Christ", although I did try to hold it all in. But inside, I was shouting this:

Hi mate,
great looking collection you've got there. The one thing that concerns me is the proximity to your fusebox. As an electrician the amount of fusebox fires I get called to is scary, I'd personally think of shifting the stuff away from it, just in case.
