Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 50 LAUNCHED

Not wishing to sound like a Cloud Car hater but what exactly does the gunner do?!? Those cannons always looked fixed to me, so the pilot would have to line up the ship at the target before the gunner could/would fire. I might replace the starboard control panel sticker with a simple red 'fire' butto...

Re: This week on ebay...

I saw the Hoth trooper too - surely you can see the staining of where the paint was.

But hey I'm new and sceptical about everything (based on my lack of knowledge)

Re: V Short Legs Power Droid

Every time I read one of listings I get upset.

On weapons he is never 'shore/sore' but insists they do 'flots when pushed under Walter'

Who is Walter and has he got a calibrated arse to detect repro weapons??

Re: Latest Acquisitions

18 years in Cardiff and never had a Clarks Pie! Just started the micro collection, so got a few bits and pieces but this is still on my list. The advantage of having such a big list is that 3 years is probably not going to be such a long time to wait. The boxed millennium falcon went for around £230...

Re: Latest Acquisitions

ClarksPie,

I think that is probably the one I took a punt on as well, didn't realise I would have to wait 3 years before finding another!

From your name I'm guessing you're in Cardiff too?

Re: NEW 12C PALITOY VARIANT FOUND !!!!!!!!!!

I'm cr@p at this game, I can't even see a difference in the A and B!

I've so much to learn if I decide to dabble in the carded figures, but enough of my issues - congrats on the find

Wanted Lumat's Light Brown Bow

I believe I have 2 dark Brown Warok Bows and Lumat is a tad upset. Would anyone be willing to swop/part exchange (not sure if they are equal value?) a dark bow with a light brown one? Or sell me one? Just to note if you are willing to swop I have bought both these bows off eBay and have checked them...

WANTED The Force Beam Hilt

I'm hoping this thread is allowed as I'm aware the force beam isn't an official Star Wars item!! I was wondering if anyone has a 'spare' hilt for The Force Beam? I'm not sure it survived my childhood, but could be tucked away in a box somewhere. As my parents still live in the same house I was born ...

Re: Where do you listen to The Vintage Rebellion?

At the allotment.

Ear buds in listening to a couple of guys wittering on means I don't have to listen to my neighbour wittering on.

God I'm grumpy...

Re: Who's Who - Introduce yourself!

Thanks,

I think they're all there, the case is a little too small (97, I haven't worried about variations - at this stage...). There are a couple I would like to replace, Warok/Lumat (I forget which one) has the wrong bow, Stormmie Luke has a blue/black blaster

Re: unknown guest and tradesman

This is something I've worried about and bought a IP camera to set up if someone needs to work in the house.

But I have wondered if there are any specialist insurance companies people use? HAs anyone had to make a claim?

Re: Who's Who - Introduce yourself!

Just thought I would post a quick Introduction, having recently joined Probably like a lot of people I'm of a certain age to have had played with most of the stuff during the OT. Luckily my parents kept all my figures and ships (my dad kept all the boxes too). Well about 6 months ago the other half ...
