Flat bottom was found in ESB A & H baggies, not sure if 'green' or in ESB MOC onwards

not carded but just for interest sake, the 1st ever issued chebacca baggies (SW-a no text) din not have the green bowcasters This^^^ Green bowcaster has a flat bottom trigger guard. SW-A,B,C,D baggies found in early bird kits only D has been found with flat bottom trigger guard. And some of the MOC...

If you get rid of the outside trim, it might fit into a case. That's what I was thinking of looking at although there's not much material to play with as the front and back of the Top Loader may well separate if I start cutting into the edge of it. I'll take a look though but they will display fine...

Just look at the PBP stormtrooper hard plastic, but there is also a kenner with a hard PBP body, but the legs and arms are soft kenner parts. The same with the cloud car pilot etc. etc. The "Kenner" hard torso Stormtrooper has nothing to do with PBP. Latter produced white ABS plastic comp...
