Re: Star Wars Forces of Destiny

They're fun little short stories. I've enjoyed them all but I think the Rey ones were the best personally.

Is your uncle Fred Wood? His imdb page almost matches the info you've given and he's listed as playing a "catina patron" in Star Wars.

Re: theeverythingandanythingstore and portvalefootballclub2015_7

Fortunately Royal Mail have recently taken action to prevent this, albeit alongside a price increase. With all parcels now there should be a code on your proof of posting that shows when the parcel has been delivered. No signature is required but it should help against future claims Is there a way ...

Re: Rogue one what do you think ?

I loved it. Not a fan of the U-wing, looks too much like Buck Rogers' Starfighter! I see the need for a troop transport for the rebels which isn't as big as the ones used on Hoth but I don't like the final design. Also not keen on the new TIE fighter thing, seemed a bit pointless to me. Everything e...

Quick heads up that this will be on Sky Cinema on May 4th :)
I've also just watched I Am Your Father about Dave Prowse which was interesting but a little melancholy. Worth a watch though.

Re: Luke joining the darkside..!!

Is the line about "the end of the Jedi" in the trailer spoken by Luke or by Benicio Del Toro's character? The more I listen to it the less it sounds like Luke to me. I can't see Luke turning to the dark side, although it's an obvious temptation and probably part of the reason he left after...

Re: best prequel trilogy characters

I think I'd have to say Obi-Wan. Maybe Mace but his scenery chewing fight with Palpatine in Ep 3 is painful to watch. Even R2-D2 gets on my tits in the prequels though.

I think Bob Iger said both Anaheim and Orlando SW lands would be open in 2019 at the shareholders call the other week?

Re: Original Negatives lost when creating SE

I thought they had to scan old versions of the film for the Special Editions? I'm sure there are backups of any scans they made available somewhere, unless Lucas destroyed the archive with the Death Star :D Anyway the Library of Congress has a print of the original 1977 Star Wars so that could be sc...

That's a good point about Maul and Ezra, I think Ezra killing him would make more sense. I think we'll see Kenobi and Ezra double-team Maul like Qui-Gonn and Kenobi did.

Re: JUST BACK FROM CINEMA THREAD - ROGUE ONE - SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Loved it! It was phenomenal! One complaint is that we had more Tarkin than Vader. The CGI was amazing and the best possible CGI it could be but, personally, technology limits how good it can be and the CGI wasn't quite human. That said it is my 2nd favourite movie ever! Second only to ROTJ but ahea...

Yes I went to that, it was fantastic.
I still have the leaflet with C-3P0 on it looking through the picture frame.

I thought it was an old Clone Wars era transport but I can't find a picture of the one I'm thinking of.
