Re: Factory Error Leia Boushh - MINT CONDITION

Howdy all, yep I'm one of the paint error hunters and she is a beaut! 8)

Would certainly suggest she's worth more than a meagre £15 but not sure beyond that... :?

Taken the liberty of sending a PM, just in case she's for sale.

Re: Factory defects question

Welcome Mr Chutu, that's a cracking find. I have a liking for Gammos and indeed spray / paint error figs. Found a Imperial Commander (with the same paint ops as the one in Christians amazing focus), in a pile of common figures a while back which piqued my interest and have since added a blue stripe ...

Re: Traces of the “car salesman” C-3PO?

Great piece, thoroughly good read. The Saga begins with the viewer following the lowly servile droids, until we meet Luke, they are the protagonists. For me, this is how one can follow the story. Not as the hero, but how the most humble or small (Yoda, R2, Ewoks) can win the day. The whole Kurosawa ...

Howdy chaps! Not been about much recently and this pops up... as winner and very proud owner of the ERG (tucked behind my childhood Vader's Tie right now 8) ), I'm surely in to thank Jorn for his generosity. Email on it's way Joe, splendid idea.

Re: Star Wars, And so it begins....

Brilliant! Watched New Hope on Saturday morning with my 4 year old daughter (SW toys all over front room!), before lunch then the park for the afternoon... then Sundays choice was Frozen. Damn.

Awesome stuff mate, such a joy to share with our padawans. :D

Re: Kids and Star Wars-TFA

My 4 year old daughter has an Ewok village and a little set of figures that we add to every now and then... I asked her who she would look for next and she said Anakin. Bit confused I showed her Hayden Christensen, she said no.... showed her Sebastian Shaw she said yes, him! :D I have succeeded as a...

Falcon hammering it up a Star Destroyer's hoop? Oh go on then.

Confess I've not been getting my hopes up... until now. Thank the maker (let someone else make this!)

Re: SW Weekly to trade

I picked up a little bundle of these recently, including x2 issue 10. Some of them have the coupons written in and a little colouring-in - by the same lad, so thought it would be nice to keep those together. The spare no.10 is in decent shape and free of any pen marks / writing. Don't have any of th...

Re: How do you tell the difference? Toys R us Exclusives

The sculpt to their faces looks different to me..? And as JC sagely says, surely the COO would be a the key 'tell' in hand. Would be interested in confirmation.

Seems to suggest noticeable differences and new date stamp.

Re: Trading alcohol for figures!

Splendid build on the barn Jimi, and love the figure line-up. Looks awesome! Similar to yourself cutting back on booze and wisely spending some of the savings on toys, my New Year resolution was to smoke less. Costs a bloody fortune, been smoking 20-30 high tar fags for 25 years, so long overdue to ...

Re: Merry Christmas 2014

Just put the presents under the tree, including a vintage Ben that my 4 year old daughter had on her little Santa list. Picked up one from Iain (thanks again mate), but as he had no sabre, have decided to keep that one and instead give her my own childhood Ben as he still has half a sabre so can do ...
