Re: Wtb or trade plus cash palitoy 20 back R5D4 and Power Droid

Nice to see a sealed short V 20 back kenner, very nice MOC that! sadly I am unable to help you but I wish you the best of luck locking them down, neither are an easy find these days.

Re: Ebay buying advice

ebay has totally changed over the years, putting a max bid in used to be the norm, these days & for the past several years if it's anything half decent everything would seem to happen in the final 5 seconds of the auction which can be a chose as you really need to be there at the auction end pla...

Re: Claiming charges back from customs

FYI I gave up trying to use the code as they just totally ignore it & charge you the full 20% every dam time & you have to make a claim so now I just have stuff sent marked as below & run the gauntlet - Low value - $15 Gift plastic toy(s) I had one parcel sent to me with the code written...

Re: Claiming charges back from customs

Re: Claiming charges back from customs

if the parcel you got had the correct import tax commodity code on the outer & they are sealed in packaging you should only be liable for 5% import tax & can claim back the remaining 15%.

I have had to do it before, right pain in the ass though

Re: There's never a shortage of morons out there!

One of the many reasons I have not bothered listing on ebay for an age, so many idiots that feel everything it their god given right, appreciate the heads up though & added to my ever increasing block list in case I do sell anything down the line.

Re: Harbert moc valutation please

Don't quote me as I am not hugely up on MOC's but I think the Tusken is the easiest of the 4 to find, I would imagine you could ask 1k on each of the other 3 & get them sold without much fuss, I do know the power droid is valued somewhere between 3 & 5k USD going of what I have been offered ...
