Cheers guys - yep sealed with an accompanying stock picture showing the box art is the smart way to go if I sell. Thanks for feedback :)

Best way to sell Vintage Collection Slave1

Thinking (but don't really want to) of selling my Amazon exclusive Slave1. It's from the Vintage Collection so has that beautiful box mirroring the original vintage release. I know the packaging is the main draw for some collectors so the question is do I remove it from the sealed white mailer box s...

Re: Ralph McQuairre eFx Darth Vader concept helmet

Call me old fashioned but if I'm looking to sell something I'd take lots of clear pictures and set a price. I'd then post it up in the modern "For Sale" section not the "items wanted"

Bigging up the item might work for some folks but I'm guessing not too many on this site.

Re: Latest Modern Acquisitions

That's shit mate - why do people do this! I always make sure things are protected. I'd rather go overboard on packaging than have people disappointed. There is zero excuse for sending boxed items or mocs in padded envelopes - are these people stupid!

Re: Last 17

R2 has always been my fav fig but when I saw the pop up "club" I just thought it looked shit. Same with Han in carbonite - as a kid I'd spend hours freezing my bespin Han in various containers (St Ivel Gold being the best) so when I heard about a proper figure being released I was super ex...

Last 17

Now I know the whole last 17 debate has been done to death but sitting in my collecting room (that sounds flash and much better than the small spare room) looking at my 77 loose figures most of which are my original childhood ones. I'm looking at them thinking they are absolutely the favourite part ...

Re: How did you store your figures first time round?

Now I'm honestly trying to remember how I stored my figures but I did notice yesterday that as great as it is having loose figures on stands lined up on a shelf nothing beats a lovely big bundle of figures all mixed together - just like we had as kids :D

Chiffy - congratulations on scoring that beast of a toy for the bargain price everyone has been waiting for.

Grinchy - love it love love it! Especially as you've been patiently watching and waiting, makes the bargain price even sweeter. Never seen that card back before :D

Whole section of the forum dedicated to "modern wants"

Better if you post there rather than vintage sales
