Great choice for week 1.
MLC-3 was my 1st mini and absolutely loved it. It was so cool it had to be belong to Han Solo so I decided it was his personal vehicle for his many adventures :D

The boxes just look fantastic on display

You refer to the 1981 version being more screen accurate - it's actually a good deal less accurate once they removed the 3 position stock as the original props were sterling sub machine guns or casts of them.
