Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 47, 2018, Part 1/2

I think there is some disgraceful behaviour towards this beautiful figure on this thread - we're discussing Imp Dig in depth on next podcast and I've fallen a little in love with him the last few weeks. Easily a top three figure from the entire collection

Forum Giveaway

Haven’t done a giveaway for a while and whilst these are modern bootlegs they’re great fun. Simon got me four of them and I was missing Vader and Stormtrooper but managed to acquire a little job lot of them to complete my set. Sadly I don’t have a spare Vader but do have the other five to give to so...

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Call me crazy, but I recently got my hands on this 1950's swivel top vacuum and it still works like a champ even though it's over 60 years old. (Insert rant about how they don't make stuff like they used to). I'm sure my fellow geeks know exactly where this comes from. For those that don't know yet...

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 53 LAUNCHED

So what's my best option Echo or FF? Put some faces to names, shakes a few hands and buy a few pints If it's meeting people get down to FF and do the saturday evening, such a laid back affair and great to chat to people, plus the Sunday is just full of vintage produce everywhere can't go wrong. Say...

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 53 LAUNCHED

I've not seen him across groups either to be honest, he approached us about doing an interview, put onto the podcast by Lee Harris, so perhaps doesn't involve himself too much across social media.

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 53 LAUNCHED

It is a shame that negativity due to scammers etc is spoiling the hobby for some people, but as I said in another post recently if nobody calls these people out they will simply get away with it, and I can't stand by and watch that happen to a hobby I've been involved in for nearly 25 years. If it ...

THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 53 LAUNCHED

Isengardfb.jpg The Vintage Rebellion's 53rd episode lands with some disappointing news with regards to a member of the team. However, the other four crack on and smash out another show just in time before October ends. David Phillips joins Stuart and Richard from New Zealand to discuss his work wit...

Re: Loose figure collections

Funny you should bring this up at moment, I sold my loose run last year and haven't had any on display except a Greedo for several months. Last couple of months I've been feeling pretty Star Wars'd out, so I've decided to tone it down and put together a loose collection again to hopefully ignite the...

Re: Modern for sale thread

We have just had a promotion at work and this was one of the “statues” that was used. Would anyone like it It corrugated cardboard and is free standing. I don’t want anything for it as it cost me nothing, so if you want it, shout. I would have no idea how to post it without it being destroyed, so s...

I don't think the "belly button out" look suits men in their late 30s too well

Re: Farthest From -December 2018

Undecided. Obviously I would love to go as I have been to nearly every one and always enjoy seeing you all. However a supporter of a certain seller recently implied I was two faced for going if I felt strongly about this seller attending, so perhaps I should take his advice and not go while he is s...
