There was something on the radio I heard a few months back about investments I cant remember all of it but it was to do with investing in the 70s, some people invested in shares or say an equivalent to an isa in a bank or something else obviously people who had, did make profit but the biggest profi...

I’m going over to see them at lunch time

Could end up being a load of modern figures but you never know

I popped into a toy shop in South Harrow in 1999 called Graham’s toys and they still had mask figures on the rack

When was the last time you saw a carded figure out in the wild?

The last one for me was about a year ago. I was walking through Portobello road and one of the stalls had a carded jedi gamorrean guard with a mega yellow and crushed bubble for £25 I passed on it. a lot of these collectables shops get loose figures and boxed ships in from time to time but very rare...

very cool! I never tried mail away with star wars but I did almost with transformers, I kept hold of all the tokens from the boxes and then one day my mum and I walked up to the local toy shop with them all thinking I'd just hand them over and get given a new figure for them? I didn't work like that...

out of all the vintage star wars stuff out there the jigsaws I do still see quite regularly at carboot sales

I had a weequay cardback that I used as a checklist when I was collecting as a child, it got slipped inside an old beano annual and was found again when I started collecting again in 1999. Was so good to find and it felt like yesterday when I realised which ones I still needed No idea what happened ...
