eBay advice

Hi I need some advice please. I sold some beaters in October and forgot about them thinking all went well. I’ve just noticed the buyer has left me negative feedback that just says item never arrived. I’ve never had a message asking where the items were so that I can track them and he hasn’t messaged...

Re: A very old newspaper article I’ve been meaning to post

Does anyone know what it might be worth?

I’m guessing it’s got more value to someone collecting old newspapers rather than Star Wars?

Some old copies on eBay from around 77 but buy it nows at £50

A very old newspaper article I’ve been meaning to post

I thought you may find this interesting. A few years ago a friend of the family was clearing out their loft, under one of the boards was a pile of old newspapers holding the board up and one of the papers was from 1977. They noticed Star Wars and this was given to me as they knew I was a huge fan. I...

Re: If anyone still needs convincing where the bargains are.......

I stopped selling on Facebook after 3 auctions of figures I was selling sold for way less than what I would’ve got on eBay for them.

I was really annoyed about it

Who else remembers taking a bath with these two guys?

I did at the time and I can remember that horrible yellow soap not only smelling like an old ladies hand bag but also having the dryest skin for weeks afterwards!

Thanks

Re: Latest Acquisitions

My newest addition to my Ackbar focus. Lily Ledy overstock. I like what CAS do with these “bits” of figures, makes them very display able. Very nice, congratulations. Lovely Leia Rob, really special. Love the art work on the LP Andrew, but why leave the Temple of Doom one behind? What was the art w...

Re: Latest Acquisitions

I’ve seen quite a few of the Star Wars soundtracks pop up this year at carboots and charity shops but have been after the esb one for awhile now, yesterday I popped into my local record shop and got this one for £5 so pretty pleased. They also had the temple of doom soundtrack and superman 3 soundtr...

Re: Leia moc

If you stick it on eBay starting at £100 I reckon you’ll get some interest and it only needs 2 bidders for it to fly which I think it will being on a Star Wars card. Funny place eBay a bunch of beaters can sometimes go for a pound each and others times go for £6 each If you have an auction ending on...

This was the first one I ever saw on the subject, was at an antique fair for £25 around 1997/98 I think which I couldn’t afford, a couple of weeks later I picked a used one up for £8 at another antique fair. It was this book that I first found out about the last 17! I already had acquired lando gene...

Re: Leia moc

I saw one on eBay in very similar faded condition starting at £199 which didn’t sell so less than that, maybe £130-150 is more realistic
