Re: 12 C VCJ with Harbert Sticker

How do you display it though? Front out with an angled mirror behind or sticker out with angled mirror behind? Surely seeing it in the round is key to the piece being what it is?

Well here is my latest pic up. Real nice condition bubble.
Discovering a bit of love for original SW characters on later cards-which is a change for me usually being a debut MOC/MIB collector :!:

A stunner! 8)

Re: Could anyone help? Old watch

This is the Vintage valuation thread, the stamp on the rear of the watch box (I think) says 2003, you may be better off trying one of the Modern threads. I doubt it's going to realise more than a fiver though...

Re: Can anybody help? I've hit a brick wall!

Promo copies of vinyl/records and later CDs are not actually that rare at all. Generally speaking every decent sized radio station will have received one (or at least been able to request one), most will have received multiple copies. My dad was a local/regional DJ for decades (Radio Stoke, Radio WM...

Re: What did everyone have in their childhood collection?

Interesting post actually, I don't think I've ever written a list. Having done it, I'm surprised that I had as many as I did: FIGURES Han Solo Chewbacca Darth Vader Ben Kenobi Luke X-Wing Hammerhead Biker Scout Luke Hoth Rebel Soldier Rebel Commander Rebel Commando Snowtrooper Leia Hoth Han Hoth 4-L...

Re: v weapons....

I'm finding it all a bit too extreme myself. Working in the field that I do, I see multiple iterations of a design in its life time, rarely with a considered change in mind and also a mix of parts to make up that final item. A variant figure is one thing, but categorising a weapon or accessory to be...

The R2 is spot on
I'd be very happy to pay the quoted price for the Tusken too

Re: Why bother?

Totally agree if you list Best Offer, you need to be offering a discount that isn't just a few cents... From the other side of the coin though, I was selling a pair of unworn top of the line cycling shoes. They had an RRP of c£260, I listed them at £150 BIN or best offer... Only offers I got for age...
