Re: Response to Claims

Funnily enough i nearly bought a baggie off him on facebook the other day! Backed out when i read this! Could I ask out of curiosity which Facebook group this baggie was for sale on? Social media was not a platform that was utilised as an outlet for sale of the item's in question with eBay being th...

Re: Cardbacks

Then values will follow as seen before so you can put up a post on the sales page for the job lot. Totally understand the bulk sale approach for the r...

Re: Cardbacks

To answer your question they can all be valued here on this thread. Images would need to be provided for all of the remaining card backs in order for them to be valued as already demonstrated. As you mentioned they can be confusing, certain card back releases combined with which distributor released...

Re: Help / Advice needed from the pros!

As mentioned before, their will be other toys that become collectibles as there is now such as Transformers, He Man and of coarse our beloved Star Wars. Now what those toy lines will be is any ones guess, I've always believed that something like Toy Story, Harry Potter or Power Rangers may be the ne...

Re: Did potf mocs make it to uk shelves ?

"Yes they would have been Trilogos, all other carded packaging styles across Europe were phased out in 1984 in favour of the multi lingual Trilogo card." I am certainly one not to be argumentative but I will have to disagree here regarding the phasing out in 1984. Sorry, rather badly word...

Re: Did potf mocs make it to uk shelves ?

Both Emperor cards from the find and also 2 Leia Bespin Turtle Baggies. The Leia Bespin Turtle neck is regarded as a catagory 5 baggie according to the SWCA guide and is thought to have only come in multi packs yet makes it's way to Coalville along with a Palitoy Turtle neck in a baggie that had not...

Yes they would have been Trilogos, all other carded packaging styles across Europe were phased out in 1984 in favour of the multi lingual Trilogo card. Just out of interest how do we definitely know they weren’t sent h...

Re: Help needed from the baggie experts

Frank is quite busy currently with real life so I thought I'd chime in for you pal. I'm sure Frank will add his own opinion in good time as and when he is ready to. Frank is often doubtful of Palitoy i open baggies as the figures can be easily switched out with less desirable figures being removed f...
