Re: Rocket Firing Boba Fett

Apparently it sold for 145k on a 12 month payment plan. Surely if you need a payment plan for a non-essential item that expensive, you can't afford it. Buying a house or car on credit is one thing, but a 100k toy is just plan stupid. If they truly are appreciating at 30-50% s year it could actually...

Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 46, 2018, Part 1/2

My absolute favourite  I received a Trilogo cut card R2 for Xmas 85, I suspect in a stocking, and managed to find a replacement on eBay a year or two ago. You’ve hardly changed a bit... I see these cut cards around now and again, were they what kids did back then or some sort of fact...

Won this lot at auction this week, one of those ones that just went under the radar. Finished middle of the day.. £85. I need the Dig for my collection, I co...

Re: Rocket Firing Boba Fett

It’s a grail piece alright, but does anyone else think it looks a bit crap mounted in acrylic alongside the COA? If I owned a piece like that I might well have it cased, but I would want attention focussed on the figure, not the giant piece of paper alongside. Couldn’t agree more, this should have ...

Re: Rocket Firing Boba Fett

This just sparks questions... What would be the eBay fees be on that? Why sell on eBay in the first place, or is it listed elsewhere? Why does someone need to go through a broker for this type of item? I’m sure there are others, but they will do for now! If the broker has people queuing up to...
