Re: Celebration 2019 is in Chicago.

Looks like a no unless I can get a Friday evening flight and I can’t see any. Don’t break up until Friday :( Rich, check to see if there is anything to Toronto. Then catch a commuter flight from Toronto to Chicago. If you make it on Wed or Thurs, you can always catch a ride with some of us driving ...

If I remember correctly, all the original GG axes sink.

You'll have to check TIG.

Re: Flea Market Finds

Hello lads, Posting up a flea market find from earlier today: a Luke Skywalker and some premium cups from a local restaurant called Grubee's. Full details can be found on my blog at http://www.vintagekennerstarwars.blogspot.com Thanks for looking; I just wanted to share some pics of these very rare...

Re: ESB to RoTJ Transition Cards

Kenner Canada was re-using old ESB stock. You can find a variety of card backs with the stickers on them. 47, 45, 41's, etc... The theory is, you should be able to find any ESB figure with a Tranny sticker on it. I don't think they ordered any ESB figures in ROTJ packaging. I've only seen the first ...

Re: Topps Trading Card Collectors

Ultra Pro 9 pockets sleeves. These fit modern trading cards, I think the old Star Wars ones are the same size. Ultra Pro Collector Binders are 3 ring folders that the sleeves fit in. All available on eBay. This is what I use as well. They don't have any PVC in them, and are Acid Free & Archival...

Avoid this seller. I can't remember where I've seen the name before. If I remember, this seller has a few alias's. But alarm bells are ringing.

Re: Improving dented bubbles

That's a neat way of fixing a dented bubble. They are showing a vintage 1984 Kenner Super Powers figure bubble. They should be similar, if not the same as Kenner ROTJ & POTF bubbles. I'm assuming that a couple of attempts would be needed to get good at it, with out melting or making a mess of th...
