Re: Old Comic Star Wars Adverts

I've found four that I've kept, but might have some more tucked away.

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Found a GRAIL! Be hoping that something like this existed but gave up hope years ago. It's not an action figure, but it will do. Childhood Photo with ROTJ T-Shirt :D That's awesome finding stuff like that. I've just found something amongst an envelope full of old receipts that my parents kept that ...

Re: Echo live October 14th

I might be able to make it this year.
If so, I'll probably head over on the train.
Is the Kingfisher shopping centre in walking distance from Redditch station?

Re: Valuation request

I don't think the last spear is from Star Wars. Wicket and Romba have spears but they're different.
The axe is from Gamorrean Guard.
I'm not sure about the rifles, other than who you say they belong to.

Your figures look mostly in very good condition.

I don't know if its useful, but these are all my childhood blasters.
I've put some "x's" on the photo in case it gets stolen.

Re: Valuation request

I recommend selling on here rather than eBay. First off, you're contributing to the community and it's good for the hobby to let it go to serious collectors. EBay has fees and will cost you. I'm not saying there aren't serious collectors on ebay, but there are the occasional reports of scams where a...

I'm not surprised by the reaction.
Still, the way things could be going then we will have the last laugh.

Re: Valuation request

Great collection. They do look in generally good condition. As a bulk lot, would a guesstimate of £250-300 be fair? I'd wait for someone more experienced than myself to chime in though. One thing, as seems rule of thumb, don't rush into selling them. Not only to get a fair price, but make sure you h...

Reported. EBay has a drop down menu and these clearly fit in the "counterfeit/fake" items.

Re: Another reproduction figure hits the market, Amanaman.

I've seen a Yak Face hidden amongst a lot of figures that wasn't articulated.
This amanaman appears to be an actual figure, you can make put the articulation.

Re: weapons and accessories i couldnt wait any longer

I'm after a Rebo Band, it's one item I never had as a kid. I've seen a few sets selling without the mic stands and Droopy's flute, one set for £30. That would mean having to then hunt for those accessories loose. In the grand scheme of things would it be better to stump up an extra £50 plus to buy a...

Re: Latest Acquisitions

^ NEC is good. Prices are varied: some bargains, some reasonable, some well over priced. A lot of traders will do deals and haggling seems the norm. I got Han and Zuckuss for £7, very good condition. Ben with slight bubble crush and two small cracks plus Leia card for £40. Leia Organa a bit dirty, s...

Re: Latest Acquisitions

That die cast Slave 1 is a bit special.

Got a few pieces from the NEC, too.
Chuffed to find this Leia with original cape. Gave her a quick wash.

My mate got a few nice pieces as well.
