It's got to be Han for me. So many great memories of playing with that figure!

Another close call for me here. Luke just edges it I think, but I won't be sad if R2 wins.

Really, really tough call for me here. I love both figures and have great childhood memories of playing with each. I think Luke just edges it, but I feel bad for R2

I do like them both, but it has to be the one in white for me.

Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 3, 2019, Part 1/2

Some more pics :D Ian, that really is fantastic! It's strange, when the Micro Collection first came to my attention many, many years ago, I really didn't care for them at all as I was so wedded to the 4" line. However, the more aged and decrepit I become, the more I like these! It's a little l...

If I paid £4.50 for that, I'd be hopping mad ;-)

Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 3, 2019, Part 1/2

Here you go lars, I picked this up from the marvellous Mark Daniels a couple of years ago. 7A345950-220D-4B71-B862-CBA24A6B103D.jpeg FC0DE544-932A-4035-9432-FA4F48CFBB8B.jpeg I guess these aren’t very popular now and they certainly weren’t back then EF880008-0F91-4D5E-947E-26AA266575FB.jpeg Under 8...

Oh Come Off It!

It may only be up for £4.50, but who the hell is going to pay even that? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vintage-1980-Star-Wars-Hoth-Snowtrooper-Figure-RIGHT-LEG-IS-MISSING/183640618602 I know there's a 'Make offer' option, but Jesus...! Oh wait a minute, I missed the description, which says, 'The figure...

Re: Items you now regret selling?

Thanks Chris, you know how to pull my strings....... I had a reasonable collection in the 80s and 90s which cost me next to nothing. Mostly Tri Logo’s as these were “poor man’s Star Wars MOC” (not that they were called this back then) as everyone wanted Kenner. Remember that these were not that old...

Re: Latest Acquisitions

It’s been a good week, just received this Canadian 41 back for my LXW focus. I have always loved the Kenner 41 back with the coloured figure boxes, and this version is extra cool with the additional French text: 83BDF106-1719-4C34-B22F-057F71631312.jpeg FDC304D0-C010-4121-BDD4-EFACFF934FCA.jpeg Wel...

Re: Forum Figure of the Year - Round 2 - Match 7

I've got a soft spot for the Hoth Rebel Soldier, since he came out in the first wave of Empire figures (and a lot earlier than the Luke Hoth figure did) and had to deputise for Luke in my childhood recreations of the Hoth battles :-D
