Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 20, 2018, Part 1/2

In the teeth/ no teeth variants the whites of the eyes are also painted / unpainted. It seems that the 'no teeth' variant is actually "no white paint". Are there any examples where the eyes are white but the teeth are unpainted or vice versa? Possibly, but I've never seen one. To be fair,...

Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 20, 2018, Part 1/2

Awesome info Jeremy. Thanks for sharing, especially the closeup buckle detailing. I just collect the major Kenner variants at the moment so don’t have all the thin and fat heads, fastened, unfastened and no buckle trousers round the ankles variants  though I do also have a PBP variant (on the ...

Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 20, 2018, Part 1/2

Some collectors don't care about variants. Fair enough, I say. Of those that do care, a lot of people seem to think there are only two variants of Lando; with teeth and without teeth. However, there are variations in his head and body sculpts, in addition to the more obvious paint differences. The h...

I bet if you said I’ll pay you extra for the protection they might change their tune   That's fucking true right there, you'd get a response back in 30 seconds saying.. "yes sir of course sir certainly sir, anything else you want me to do for you sir? don't hesitate to ask" I've...

Re: Kenobi Movie

Gotta be honest I don't really see where they can start with a good story on this, from ROTS to SW he exiled himself on Tatooine for decades, stuck there just rotting in a little hut and unknown by everybody on the planet. Surely we won't be seeing any lightsaber action either because nobody else w...

Re: Patience Pays Off - The Ebay Good News Bargain Thread

Same thing happened to me last year, seller listed up 3 MOC's really cheap and when I asked for them to ship them in a box to avoid damage, they still turned up in a grey plastic mailer bag with zero bubble wrap or card..... yep, 2 of them got damaged. When I complained the seller said it would hav...

Re: Kenobi Movie

I'm glad. Let's just hope they don't make a hash of it. I enjoyed TFA, but found it also very flawed, loved Rogue One (although it seems that film was saved in the reshoots and edit, by all accounts), but hated TLJ with an undying passion that means I will never again watch anything Rian Johnson ha...

My throat went dry... :o Holly cr*p someone got the deal of a life time! Just been looking for his other listings... I was just about to post, 'Let's hope being an inexperienced seller doesn't make him an inexperienced packer... Hmmm, postage charges of £2.90. Do I smell six MOCs being shoved...

Re: FIRST 12 ORIGINAL 1977 COMPLETE ACTION FIGURES

Hi,

Welcome to the forum. You will definitely need to post good quality photos of your figures (front and back) and the weapons if you want an accurate valuation. If you can do that, I'm sure we can help :-)

Nice examples posted, here’s my childhood one which is battered. Think they slapped the Palitoy stickers any where. :? It's great that you still have your childhood one! :-) Thanks for posting and thanks too for adding another location for the Palitoy stickers! I think you must be right; they stuck...

That's a really nice condition set, Andy. It's interesting to see the sticker in a different place to mine. The placement of yours makes a bit more sense as it covers the Kenner logo with Palitoy's info, at least on the box front. I wonder if gliders can be found with the sticker anywhere else?

Well, I can't exactly claim it's my favourite vintage toy. Let's face it, you don't get a lot for your money! It looks more like a plastic bat to me, but whatever, here's mine :-) Plastic Bat - 01.jpg Plastic Bat - 02.jpg Plastic Bat - 03.jpg Plastic Bat - 04.jpg Plastic Bat - 05.jpg Plastic Bat - 0...

Re: Neon yellow HK Fett

Just picked up this cool Fett variant ( Hong Kong ) with neon yellow. Just like the painted blue helmet variant there's very little info on this online, I have read though on another forum that some people seem to think this neon colour is due to the paint fading? But this is simply just an opinion...
