Re: How did you store your figures first time round?

I always thought these were a mail away POP, but now I'm not so sure,
Can anyone confirm this, it's now driving me mad!

Re: Latest Acquisitions

That sign has certainly brought back memories!
Those "king sticks" I used to love those, but even then they were so much more expensive than others, 23p.
No wonder I never got one regularly!
I a way it's great to have the prices present as well, nice pickup,

What a great photo of Hoth.
You certainly cut out a lot of "bounty hunter heads", wonder why you never sent them off?

Re: Acrylic vintage blaster display

This type of display is banned under the EU Health & Safety regulation 629 since this chap had an accident while building one. http://www.3demonic.com/images/Pinhead_07.jpg Maybe you could just use a mould of his head. :D  You could certainly mount a weapon or two in that head.

Re: Palitoy MOC hybrid Greedo

Thanks Edd.
Very interesting article, so being only one of five on this type of card I assume that the number of examples around are very low, hence the desirability.

Re: Palitoy MOC hybrid Greedo

I've got to ask, what is "hybrid " about it?
Is the back a ESB type?
Thanks

Re: Acrylic vintage blaster display

That's how I imagined it would look, great work. But seeing how big a pin looks with those weapons makes me think that 2mm acrylic rod would be far too thick? I haven't ever tried to cut a pin down, if you could then they could be passed through from the back, and if the hole was tight enough to hol...

Re: Acrylic vintage blaster display

Might be something as simple as a small spindle glued to the acrylic at each end of the weapon so they can sit freely, if you know what I mean Lindo's onto something here, this is the sort of thing I was thinking of. I'm going to have a play around with this idea and see if I can come up with somet...

Cheques in the post? No problems Ross, I honestly thought that this display was amazing, great job. If we get any additional of those displays to do as a result of this thread and your comments, you get one free loose figure graded by us, how about that? :D As for that check....... :?: To be ...

Re: Acrylic vintage blaster display

@Bonsai_Tree_Ent - Haha yes I did get a little upset when I set all the blasters on and looked at the empty Endor blaster space. @Mini99 - They look cool, I love the helmet display too. @Robstyley - I was actually wondering of a way to be able to have them fixed on in a non-permanent way to be able...
