Re: What do you do when you hit a Brick Wall?

I have got a 80 grade 30 Back Yoda that you can have for £15K if you like!

Based on these values I wouldn't like to think what my 85 grade 30 Back IG88 is worth!

The last few 30 back Yodas I saw sell went for £3-3.8k from memory. Don't know if any have been sold more recent.

Richard (Palitoyman) clearly values them higher. I guess the amounts he mentions are what he would buy or sell for!

Re: What do you do when you hit a Brick Wall?

My word, he has put some serious prices on those figures, I think he's missed a '1' in front of his valuations for Yoda and Ugnaught, really tough figures to get hold of, I certainly agree with other members comments, until you see pictures, class the guy as a total crank spouting bullshit. It woul...

Re: What do you do when you hit a Brick Wall?

I just received this message from Jim on Rebelscum because I dared to ask for Photo's: Hi Anthony I have decided not to sell my figures to you, you haven't progressed our talks to the level I was hoping, I wont be contacting you about my figures again. All the best Jim To which I responded: Thank go...

Re: Grade chasers!!

I don't understand people paying a lot more for a 90 grade I find 85 very acceptable. Maybe they are hoping graded loose or MOC will end up going the same way as comics where grade is everything. The price difference between a 9.0 and a 9.4 in comics can sometimes be staggering.

Re: Come on!!!!

That's a ridiculous amount for that piece you could get an L-Slot Fett for that price and probably have some change.

Re: Sharing Star Wars memories.....

Here's a dilemma for ya lol, suddenly there's no toys left in the world, I mean literally nothing, they're all gone and kids will never experience toys ever again. The only toys left in the world are your cherished super rare MOC collection, do you secretly hoard them away?.. or let your kids open ...

Re: What do you do when you hit a Brick Wall?

This is the same guy who claimed to have both the first 12 figures on both 30 Back and 45A in mint condition but when I asked him for pictures he never produced any so the likelihood is that it is all bullshit. The replies have been pretty quick until I asked for pictures, so I will have to wait to ...

Re: What do you do when you hit a Brick Wall?

I presume he means a Luke Bespin B card but it is still way over priced in my opinion.

10K for a Leia B card no chance, Darren Simpson had a Leia B card for sale I wonder what he sold his for?

Re: What do you do when you hit a Brick Wall?

This is one of the two emails I recieved from this guy yesterday on Rebelscum: Hi Anthony, I don't know how you feel about this but my friend has mentioned to me a couple of other palitoy collectors who will be interested in some of my figures, I don't know your financial situation but it may be unl...

Re: What do you do when you hit a Brick Wall?

My tormentor has returned on Rebelscum claiming to be a Palitoy Rep saying he has a 30 Back Luke Bespin, Leia Bespin, IG88, FX7, Bespin Guard and Bossk on both A and B cards all in mint condition and a 12 Back Palitoy VCJ also in mint condition, no pictures yet! I know everyone will call me naïve bu...

Re: Hunch Back Cloud Car Pilot

Nobody really knows why this little guy is the way he is, all we really know is how he got this way probably was not good. Maybe he was thrown in an Oven or Microwave, Maybe he has not got enough plastic in him, Maybe he was owned by a Chinese or Japanese collector who made him Bow a lot, Maybe he's...

So for Ideal storage conditions should you try to remove all the moisture from the room?

If you did have a way of regulating the temperature in the room with air conditioning or similar device what would be the ideal temperature?

Re: Summer Lull

I have money to spend and I can't find anything with a Palitoy Logo on it to buy. If this is normal for the summer then I can't wait for the winter! At the moment I think I would stand a better chance in finding a living Triceratops than I would finding any decent MOC to buy!
