Re: Latest Acquisitions

I’m really delighted to land this new arrival, an ILM crew shirt from Return of the Jedi. It’s well worn, but I love that - the shirt was designed to make fun of the extreme pressure that the crew was under to finish the movie on time, and in my imagination, the wear on the shirt tells a tale of al...

Re: Seems a bit suspicious don’t you think ?

It's possible I guess. There's some obvious evidence of a bubble having been attached at some point, but I don't recall ever seeing a genuine used Trilogo card back that clean. Re: WTB MOC figures.

Hi Nigel,

I may well have a a 79 back Han Endor later this week as I've just picked up a 77 back to "upgrade" my one. Either way I think I'll move one on once I decide which I want to keep. I can post up pics here later if you're interested?

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Three new arrivals for me this week - big thanks to Andy Clarke for the heads up on the Han with trilogo bubble, and to Jez for the patches all the way from Afghanistan which will be given away at a future event! And then finally meet Jasper, who was born on Monday :) 040E9707-4E7C-4312-8905-DAD0F2...

Not the rarest MOC by a long stretch but the condition makes it outstanding :!:

Enjoy :)

Any MOC in that condition is a treasure!

I was wondering the same thing. That's more than double the going rate for these.

Thanks, buddy. I think this is as close to owning some of those store displays as I'll ever get though.

Re: Latest Acquisitions

My singular Vectis flutter turned up today. Really happy to add this Kenner 1984 trade catalogue to my ROTJ focus.

Re: £100 postage

I guess maybe that's to cover the value of the item for insurance. But still seems perhaps a tad high. That aside, if I were asking £4k for a MOC I'd pull my finger out of my arse and make the effort to take some in focus photos. Some people are fucking retarded.

Re: Recently found chewbacca figure and gun

It's hard to tell but it looks like it's made of black plastic rather than the dark blue of a standard Chewie bowcaster. I think the Lili Ledy Rebel Commander was packed with a black bowcaster but it appears to be the wrong mould variant for that. However, if it floats I believe you are safe and it'...
