Re: Investor or Collector?

There was something on the radio I heard a few months back about investments I cant remember all of it but it was to do with investing in the 70s, some people invested in shares or say an equivalent to an isa in a bank or something else obviously people who had, did make profit but the biggest prof...

Re: Argh!!!!! Double Stem bubbles in transit!

I'm not a fan of grading anyway, but this just saddens me. So sorry this has happened. Surely the no.1 prerequisite for "archiving" is to ensure that any further deterioration is kept to an absolute minimum. How many more MOCs will suffer this fate, let alone the extremely rare, few remai...

Re: Fun poll time!

There should have been an option to 'buy up all his shitty listings, pay him a visit and make him choke on them...and also leave negative feedback'. I've trodden in dog shit with more decency than this fucker. I do reckon more people should buy things off him and hold more of his money for 24 days ...

Possible shill bidder

The account with a 24 feedback score seems it may be shill bids?, 100% bid activity with the seller with item categories ranging from 'movies & video games, to sports, which don't seem right.

Re: Investor or Collector?

With me 99% of me is a collector, if I ever make money from anything iv'e bought it will most likely go towards another figure I like to make it a little cheaper. I like the idea that the hobby can pay for itself in a small way if done right, iv'e already bought and flipped several pieces and took w...

Re: Investor or Collector?

With so many well established Asset Classes why would an Investor pick Star Wars to Invest in, do Star Wars Investors exist or are we all just Collectors? I'm a collector who's unintentionally turned small time investor, iv'e pretty much collected almost everything I want now accept for just severa...
