Re: And This Is Why I Hate Toxic "Fan" Boys and Their Bitching!

I will say I agree with Jeremy - from my own experience reading both here and on FB that the majority of the OT fan base have been disappointed or largely aggrieved with TLJ. However, I personally also agree with Steve though when he infers the OT fan base is a small percentage of today’s SW fan bas...

Re: are this the new prices for lili ledy yoda ?

Really hard to find the Ledy accessories. The cloak is unique too. There was a Yoda just ended on eBay with a suspiciously red Ledy looking cane, that the seller had picked up in a big lot, but the seller couldn’t get clear photos to me... so it would of been a gamble.

Re: are this the new prices for lili ledy yoda ?

Hi Lars, IMO this will be a little higher than normal because it is from one of the most well respected variant collectors in the community and so people pay a premium for his pbp / Poch and Ledy figures knowing they’re getting the genuine article with the correct accessories.

Re: Loose vintage figures help

Hi Phillipox, I am in the same position though my figures were actually mine from when I was a kid. I came on here for help also, you can see my posts by clicking on my name tag. I originally wanted them to go to a collector and I did manage to sell some items on here. Not sure if I agree with the ...

Subzero, you know who you are!
I wouldn’t be surprised if this went for closer to £200.

Probably right... but if you were patient you would pick one up in this condition or better for under £150

Re: THE VINTAGE REBELLION : Episode 48 LIVE

Really enjoyed the Andy Goulding interview also. His enthusiasm for the hobby is so infectious. I will say I really miss Grant’s Beyond The Toys section with some stellar interviews such as The Art of Ralph McQuarrie with Brandon Alinger and David Mandel, and plastic degradation with Lee Bullock. Do...

Re: lot figures in italian Harbert open card

Wow some lovely looking items there. That Yoda  Italian Herbert MOCS and even cardbacks command quite a premium so they’ll definitely be worth a few bob. I’m sadly no expert on price, but if you don’t get any luck here, might I suggest trying the Echo Vintage Variants group (formerly Galaxy C...

Re: Is Kenner worth more than Palitoy?

IMO collectors pay a premium for the Palitoy logo, because the colours are so vivid and patriotic and evoke a sense of nostalgia, hence SW and ESB are highly sought after. When it comes to ROTJ there is no logo and no nostalgia, and at that point I think collectors prefer a logo to none at all.
