Re: Fake Darth Vader vinyl cape ? HELP

Here is an excerpt from Javi’s book about the capes. I will take a pic of the cape textures tomorrow in better light. Sorry I can’t help you any more than that. Perhaps hellhippie might shed some more light.

Re: Fake Darth Vader vinyl cape ? HELP

Yes you’re right, yours looks like family VI former version of 2b (which is the blobby Coo). I thought his was the same but it’s family VI 2a.

Re: Fake Darth Vader vinyl cape ?

Hi Lars, I believe this is the PBP so called “blob Coo” Vader which is the rarest of the PBP Darth Vader Coos. Here is an excerpt from a post regarding the blob Coo Vader by Javi Ruilopez. “My understanding about the blob CoO Vader is that the figure "seems" to be exclusive to the Spanish ...

Re: Fake Darth Vader vinyl cape ?

The three PBP variant capes have no zipping sound. Two of those are pretty distinct though, but the third is not heavily patterned. I’ll try and post some pics up from Javi’s book, or close ups of mine if I can get a good shot. I believe, but again I don’t own one to confirm, that the Palitoy cape m...

Re: UKG noob to grading question

I have never had something graded so don’t quote me on it, but from having seen UKG labels and heard people discuss it I believe it is often used if you have a particular variant. For example you might ask to put “PBP Hammerhead”, “Molded Legs Han Hoth” etc. Or if you have a particular weapon you mi...

Awesome. Love a bit of character. The B-Wing Pilot with his blaster is worth more than £28 on his own.

Re: Bib burgundy cloak

This is an incredibly rare figure, but hundreds of people own one if you go on the FB sites. Either it’s not rare at all, or loads of people that believe they have a genuine one have been duped into buying it. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone’s opinion on this other than Ozio’s (Horacio Narvaez). Ot...
