Re: Tri-logos

Trilogos in good condition always fetch premiums. Even the basic ones. I've seen a decent condition Bid Fortuna sell for £15 and a mint example sell for £50. I'd say if you had a top 10 most expensive basic mocs (excluding POTF) pretty much half the list would be made up of trilogos. Yak Face, Luke...

Re: International Figure Sets

P.S. If you do decide to take the plunge on the mecanno to tri logo book then prepare to salivate. Some great items in there. 8) I couldn't believe my eyes the first time I read it. I'd never seen 90% of the Meccano cardbacks, let alone all together on one page. Yep. Too true Edd. I love the Miro M...

Re: Has this Gunner been got at?!

Just had a look at my Imperial Gunner the symbols on mine are much neater and defined.

The first pic does look a bit blobby and unless it is clearly a factory error, I would say someone's had a go at touching it up.

Re: palitoy delusion.

I don't consider any of the Palitoy carded figures to be particularly rare, they are just desirable especially the earlier ones with the logo on the front. Just had a quick look on ebay, umm... yes very expensive with a 12 back Darth Vader AFA 90 £2,249.99 and a few others over the £1,000 mark Each ...

Re: The LEGO Corner

Bought Palpatines Arrest, bit smaller than I imagined but still very pleased with the set - displays really well and overall would recommend. Below are some pic's of the forthcoming Rancor Pitt. It appears it can be connected benneth Jabbas Palace so Luke, Gam Guard and Oola can fall into the Rancor...

Re: Whats you Favorite cardback and why?......

For me it was the power droid cardback, the vivid purple & the futuristic feel of it, that coupled with the fact I could not find one for love nor money as a kid & ended up getting a loose one minus cardback in a swap, never did manage to get the card when I was a kid, more than likely that...

Re: The LEGO Corner

Although Jabba's Palace is pricey I'm glad I bought it, teamed up with the desert Skiff (which is well worth the money) they look great together. Can't wait for the Rancor Pitt addition!! Palpatine's Arrest is now available at retail for £59.99 at Lego Shops and online at UK Lego.com. Just rung up m...
