Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 36, 2018, Part 2/2

Here’s my childhood loose example, unfortunately not the childhood card back. Picked that up last year, it’s in better condition than the childhood one would have been. :D

Re: Vectis 25th September

I’m a Vectus virgin, but going to have a go this time. I remember reading about people waiting ages for their items to arrive. Doesn’t bother me but just wandering how long the items usually take and what are the postage fees like? Also do you have to pay commission to Vectus on top of the hammer pr...

Bloody hell this is turning into a great showcase thread.

Fantastic products Christian, no cases fit as snug as a GW case and what a great gesture. Here’s my childhood combat playback which looks the business in one of your cases. :)

Re: USA Kenner Debut MOC Guide

Very useful Adam, and for a quick snapshot into my life instead of counting sheep when I cant sleep I list figures on their debut cards, so know these lists well  Here are some card backs for you. Thanks Andy that’s very good of you, have placed in line. :) I should have known you would have t...

Re: Should scammers/sellers of fakes be welcome to sell at Vintage SW toy fairs/events?

Can someone please block Toy Toni from coming on here and voting?   The argument that letting a scammer sell at an organised event so you can keep an eye on them doesn’t stand up for me. They would just use it to try and prove everything they sell is legitimate and leave all the fak...

Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 34, 2018, Part 2/2

I do have a OB1 beater that I brought from Iian a couple years back. My son plays with it so not sure where it is. Tried to find it last night but no joy will have another look later. :?

Re: Solving problems in the hobby - how?

I don't think Stopping him having a stall is forcing him underground, he could still attend the event, although he probably wouldn't as there would be nothing in it for him. It would also be maintaining the integraty of the event. Look this is just my opinion and I don't think I'm in a better positi...

Re: Solving problems in the hobby - how?

With regards to FF i think it's a shame if anyone decides not to go due to Jeff being allowed to sell there. By all means boycott his stall and what he's selling, but without events like FF the collecting community will be far worse off. What other shows offer that much vintage under one roof? Not ...

Re: Solving problems in the hobby - how?

I have to admit when I found out this guy still attends FF I was suprised. I'm not saying anyone should have been nasty to him or anything. But if it was me who decided who has a stand there I would have politely said I don't think you should have the privilege of having a stand any more and that wo...
