Re: Vinyl Cape Jawa

Mate you should have checked this all out before sending it to the graders. It will prob affect the price you'll get if it's the wrong figure and doesn't have a (correct) blaster. As the other guys mentioned they may not grade it at all and collectors may not want it. I wouldn't buy it for that sort...

Re: Power Droid 20 D card back and Bubble?

The pop hole hurts it a lot, without that it's prob worth about 50+. With the hole I'd say more like 20 - 30. It's in lovely condition! Just my opinion

Re: Were you a "one toy line" kid?

My Britains soldiers are the only toys my dad wouldnt let me sell when i was 12. They now live in a cabinet by my bed :D Wish he'd stopped me selling the Star Wars too Are you talking about the little plastic soldier figures moulded in one colour plastic with a base attached to the feet?? Forgot ab...

Re: Were you a "one toy line" kid?

Star Wars and Action Man were my favourite toys by far but I also had Hornby trains, Scalextric, Transformers and He Man. I got quite into computers and computer games too by the mid 80’s.

Re: Saggy Bottoms

You can just get four pieces of stiff card, the same width as the box is deep. Cut two as long as the box and two as wide. Then cut two slits half way through the card a third of the way down on each piece. Then slot it all together so it looks like a 0’s and crosses grid from above. Put it in your ...

Re: Woolworths Special Buy 99p 8 packs

Thanks Frank(and Dave and others), I suspected as much, they were hardly going to start sorting them when putting them out at that price. Very interesting thread.

Re: Woolworths Special Buy 99p 8 packs

It's crazy that these were just sitting around on clearance shelves for 99p. 99p for eight figures! Talk about trying to shift stock of a dying toy line. Think what they're worth now. Also that's only equivalent to £2.85 now. Now they want £15 for a shitty modern 2 pack. I've got a question for the ...

Re: Is This Legit? Are CAS Grading Toy Toni MOCs?

I know TT isn't very popular but would the items he sold still be classed as vintage? Yes, they are vintage, there's no arguement about that. Card, bubble and figure are all vintage. It's just that the shitdick put those three components together himself and then sold them as original factory seale...

Luke Stormtrooper helmet

I have just purchased a very nice Luke Stormy from Mr. Sinclair and I’m now after the helmet. Original(obviously) and in nice condition. I think I saw one sell on here for £30 recently. If someone has a spare one knocking around I’d really appreciate it. I have numerous weapons/accessories for trade...

Re: Destruction of ships/vehicles is getting too much.

I was on eBay yesterday and saw a lot of parts, a guy was selling bits of a Scout Walker. £5.99 for this, £9.99 for that, it adds up to a lot of money. But I think there’s a big difference between breaking up a perfectly good vehicle for no reason and rebuilding or completing one with parts. If a sh...

Re: For fun

I like those with the artwork in them. I did this one a while back with an Ikea frame, glued some little shelves in and painted them white: 0B09ACFD-C693-4977-B053-E8964E3B9EA0.jpeg OMG that's just too cool. :) No Mr Burns? They did two sets of 16, this is set two. I’d like to get set one and do th...
