Re: Is This Legit? Are CAS Grading Toy Toni MOCs?

I believe that they have recently stopped this practice of grading anything that’s a fake/repo.
It was a big “thing” on FB last month, around the same time as the AFA announcement that they were no longer U grading.

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Nice one Edd, there seems to be more of these with clear bubbles than other POTF cards.

Short answer, no!
Sorry all to do with plastic degradation which is not reversible.

Re: Latest Acquisitions

Another awesome Commando 8) Just got hold of this young lady for my childhood focus. Replaced the cut bubble placeholder that I already had. Had to sell a couple more MOCs to raise the funds, but was worth it ;) Busted her out of prison and she's looking much happier now. 20181004_174108.jpg 201810...

Re: The LEGO Corner

Wished I’d seen that. Been after that set for a while. I was going to get it for “my Christmas” build and started looking at where it was cheapest. Don’t even know why I looked at JL, but really glad I did. I expected that the order was going to be rejected at checkout, but it went through! Looking...

Re: The LEGO Corner

Manged to get the Iron Man Hulk Buster from John Lewis on line last week for £95!
It wasn’t in any sale, just had £25 off the rrp.
Now it’s back up to £120, not sure whether it was a cock up or just a promotion?
Anyone else get/notice this?

Re: Yellowing bubbles - observations

Not sure if the hole would stop the bubble going yellow. It may do as I believe it was there to stop condensation forming inside the bubble. As Mexico is a hot country when sealed objects are moved between different temperatures condensation can form, venting to atmosphere will reduce this from happ...

Re: Star Wars Toy of the Week, Week 39, 2018, Part 2/2

Unfortunately there won’t be much variety with this one, here’s mine. Nope, probably not... unless someone has a POTF carded one they're willing to share and make us all drool over! Yours is a great Tri-logo example though, so thanks for sharing. Thanks, as you have only posted one picture ar...

Good point!
I’ve posted a MOC with a bubnle as bad as that in the way described above and it arrived in the same condition as I sent it.
But if you can hand deliver it’s always the best option.
Good luck with your sale.
