Re: What annoys you the most in this hobby?

Here's an extremely petty annoyance for you. For some reason, people still getting the character names wrong really gets on my tits  "Darth Vardar" "Hans Solo" "Princess Leah" etc. I mean, these character names have only been around for the last 40 years. Jeez :ro...

Valuation request for YPS Snowtrooper

I have what I presume is a rare YPS Hoth Stormtrooper?.. it's in absolute mint condition and with no wear, and has no yellowing/discolouration at all, original skirt and rifle. I'm not too sure of it's value with it possibly being a YPS, so if anyone can confirm if it's a YPS and also the estimated ...

Re: Primary School Spelling Book

Here's my contribution, think I was about 6 when I did this in my school 'busy book'. Darth Vader looks like a blob of shit with slug arms  and then a drawing of a space battle with the Falcon, and then interestingly enough iv'e done a drawing exactly copying the style of the Star Wars arcade g...

Re: ROTJ card variation

Thanks for the replies, only been collecting these again for 2 months now so i'm not aware of all the variants, I know about card variations with character images and different countries etc but never knew there'd be A's B's C's and D's lol.

Also love that revolving display rack inzaman, amazing!

ROTJ card variation

Out of all my ROTJ cards only one of them has this minor detail, both cards I have here are Palitoy and both are also 65 backs. The card on the left is how every one of my cards looks in terms of the positioning of the ROTJ logo, but on the right the logo is actually lower down, no change to the bor...

Re: Has the world gone mad!?

Why do collectors do this??, it's been bloody opened up into the fresh air and handled haha, doesn't matter to me if it's been out of the bubble for 5 seconds or for 15 years I see either one as circulated. I'm all about preservation with my collection as much as possible, i'd prefer everything MOC ...

Re: What's your holy grail piece?

I'm a bit confused about this thread... By definition a holy grail should be something that you've worked on or hunted for a lifetime... or at least a number of years... something that's always just out of reach but you keep pushing to achieve it, the ultimate item you may even give up all else to ...

Re: What annoys you the most in this hobby?

I think the petty drama annoys me the most - this is supposed to be a fun hobby yet everyday there seems to be back-biting - the latest (and probably most active post) on RS turned into a slanging match - FB is full of drama, fallings-out, group bans etc - just seems that people have too much time ...

Re: What's your holy grail piece?

I think this have been covered multiple times, try the search function. For me the grail item is an item I can't get but want in my collection. If I can get it then I will have another grail and so on etc. Lol so every piece is a grail then :D FYI, I found a thread asking what people consider...
