Re: Build Your Own R2D2

That's gonna be a great piece of kit, I wasn't expecting there to be so many metal parts, I assumed almost everything would just be plastics, so that's gonna end up being a nice heavy quality piece of kit. Looking forward to the finished model. Cheers... apparently it's going to be around 10kilos w...

Re: Replica Vehicle Boxes

Leave well alone bud... the quality is far from good so can't be confused with genuine vintage... plus they are marked as Richard said above.. The guy is a parasite in the vintage world... yet people still line his pockets buying this crap.... the guy/guys that has given him originals to copy need s...

Latest piece for me... just the base but makes a nice display item. Never realised how big these things are so won't be getting the other parts...lol.

Most depend on various offers on the back, but some are slight text changes.

Re: So what did you think about Solo: A Star Wars Story ??? *NO* SPOILERS

I'm enjoying these 'stories' more than the recent films... Rogue 1 was a superb tie in / link film and Solo is just as good as a character telling story.. Ron Howard did a superb job with this one and hopefully he'll be at the helm of a few more.. If you've been hesitant in seeing it... don't.. you ...

Ray Park did indeed don the horns once again... although the voice was the guy that did the Rebels cartoons and not Peter whatshisname from Episode 1.

Re: So what did you think about Solo: A Star Wars Story ??? SPOILERS

Not a bad film overall.. great storyline and effects..

Big surprise to see Maul though... would have expected the Emperor to be a better option but it's left the doors wide open for either a sequel or another story... with the Obi Wan movie coming up... maybe that will tie the lot together.

Re: Build Your Own R2D2

Your r2 is looking great ! I imagine this is quite hard to do with all the fiddly parts and that ? do you think someone who is completey useless at model kits would be able to achieve a full build ? Anyone can build this to be honest. There's approx 15-20mins of assembly each month (4 issues), and ...

Re: White bbg double stem Real deal or toy tonk??

Looks good to me.. from what I can see TT only had narrow twin stem bubbles so the wider one is a goodun.
