    Worth the asking price?

You're probably right. I have been holding out for ages and have about £150 to spend but nothing has come up. One came up when I first started re-collecting a year and a half ago but I didn't have the funds then.

    Worth the asking price?

I can't be sure myself to be honest. it looks like a bit of a crease alongside the bubble. There is nothing in the description about it being a re-seal, but thanks for the heads up. I hadn't even thought about that!

    Worth the asking price?

A mint Luke Jedi with a clear bubble is kind of my grail MOC, and is probably the only one I will ever buy (fond memories of receiving one at Christmas '83). But they seem SOOOOO hard to find. This seems reasonable for what it is, not quite in the condition I would like though. What you guys...

    Worlds worst ebay listing

Reminds me of a post on "The Old Republic" forums. For those that don't know "The Old Republic" was a Star Wars MMORPG that came out a few years ago. One guy asked the devs on the forum a question about weapons...said question is below. can you make sword in box light sword so sword come out...

    Repro Helmet anyone?

Such a shame. Unfortunately, as long as there is money to be made, this ain't going away. In fact it will only get worse.

    Shill bidding?

Does ebay push your maximum bid up in increments? IE: if the auction is currently at £100, the other guy has a maximum of £200, and you put on a maximum of £210. Does ebay test the water in increments Like £110 = fail, £120 = fail, £130 = fail etc right up to £210 which would take highest...

    Flipping still winds me up.

It is such a shame when this happens to a genuine collector, that someone with more cash can swoop in and then make even more cash on the back of it. I also despise those people who block-buy concert tickets then jack the price up. The real fans often can't afford these hugely inflated prices...

Early solid dome R2D2 - Why so expensive?

Whoa! I was watching this item myself. I unwatched it at £92 when I thought THAT price was a bit over the top. I just picked one up in pretty much exactly the same condition for £60 including postage. I felt I had overpaid a bit for that to be honest.

    Oh for goodness sake!!

I love in the description that it says "brown mark on his face", The brown mark IS HIS FACE!!! When I buy a figure, one of the pre-requisites is usually that it has a face :D
