So I picked up today from the Burnley SW family fun day a yellowed Stormie with a blaster that has the tip missing and the magazine, but very happy with him as he is the latest addition to the rag tag 12 inch team :D
Again these are inexpensive as most people want them complete, but for me they tell a story :D

I was wondering though, on his right side there is a loop of cotton is tis original and what purpose does it serve, is it just to ensure the E11 doesn't get lost? See pics below

And if anyone has any of this 12 inch range that is incomplete or beater, and need a home let me know :D

Great stuff. No expense spared in the seventies  but that's what I love about the vintage ranges, even though mass produced, they have a fantastic look to them, that just can't be replicated, and the fact that they've been played with adds to the whole thing for me with these.

Yep, adding slowly but surely  I'm the tortoise, but will get there in the end
