The auction wasn't vectis it was a local auction house in Newcastle that I had never heard of before last week!

Wow! Great Land Speeders, they look darker brown than normal. Or is it just the photo?

Never heard of DieCast Mailers (shame on me) ... those are great. Good catch!

Don't post much here anymore, I guess it's because everything has become so expensive. I do pop in every day though and check out this thread. It's still awesome, always will be.

A recent visit to a Budapest 'Geek Fair' rewarded me with a Hungarian Return Of The Jedi storybook, the Hungarian TESB comic adaptation and the tanning salon variant of the Rebel Hoth Trooper. Not much vintage there but a lot of fans who wanted to share stories. No Hungarian bootlegs though. Apparently Hungary was cleared out of them by overseas collectors a few years ago.

That storybook is amazeballs.

This arrived this morning to add to my mini R2 focus. Canadian R2 Sensorscope MOC. I will want to upgrade eventually to a near clear bubble (if anyone can help) but the bubble is perfect apart from that, as is the rest...

I have recently bought one of these and my bubble is yellowing too.
I have been informed by a few collectors that this is unfortunately how they are.
I've never seen a clear one yet, but never say never, keep looking and food luck!

I didn't realise that about the yellow bubbles as I saw one sold recently on eBay although the bubble was crushed and the card wasn't great but goes to show they do exist clear.
