Is the hair the same colour as the boots?
Maybe they ran out of hair paint?
Although the gun and sabre don't look right in the bubble, custom? :?

yes sorry i forgot to mention it is definitely a custom recard, but apparently the figure is genuine.

It does look like the same colour as his boots so i wonder if they did run out of paint? There must have been a batch of them at some point unless this was towards the end of a batch :?: , or it could ba fake :?:
