Just a hunch

I have no idea of the value of coins though I'm afraid.

Looking for any Palitoy logo esp. 30, 41 and 45a.
Also looking for any 20back droids and cantina aliens on any cardback.

I would say a coin set now your looking at around $10,000- $12,000

As for individual coins, Luke hoth, Greedo & Sail Skiff are the most sort after but i would say that Leia (w R2) Leia Boushh, are up there then Tusken Raider, 21b, FX7 and other cat Vs , even though Boba is a Cat IV i would say he would be up there too.

Not taking into account prototypes, unproduced and variants

I totally understand why you would not sell them, not many have a full collection

How many years took it to complete your coin collection ?

Potf coins took me 4 years, 2000 - 2004, droids production, prototype and unproduced took me 7 years 2004 - 2011! Ewoks i dont think i will ever finish, due to scarcity and cost.
