Fx-7 price...wow!

Not many fx-7 focus collectors. My theory is some big spending collectors with complete 12/20 back runs have moved on to 30a and also 30b to a lesser extent.

:)

Agree. 2 or 3 big spenders fighting each other net result is to drive price up to insane level.

I had a couple cheeky bids in on the Palitoy Luke 12 Back, safe to say I didn't win and at that price I doubt I ever will win one!

Some crazy prices there and it's kind of ironic what this went for the other day -

I believe there is vat to pay on the buyers premium to so it actually works out to add 24% to the hammer price  That's what I was hit with on the last Vectis auction I was involved in

Still recovering from that FX price,

The Palitoy prices were nuts! But I also felt prices in general were crazy :?: Loose figure lots (30-40) in what looked like average condition with no verification on weapons hitting £200+
Also modern figure lots hitting what looked to be IMO crazy money

Said all along this would happen, that's why I used to focus on Empire before prices became totally bonkers and you could actually afford some pieces.

I had a 30bk FX-7 offered to me many moons ago for £1,200, but passed on it as I was being played and wouldn't go above £1k....

Staggering how prices on Palitoy continue to rocket...

Not really a hobby anymore though is it???? More like a business, I mean the average working man couldn't afford some of those prices.

The average working family man is bollocked right up mate if he wants to go down the early moc Palitoy road :x

Single males with no commitments can join the Palitoy club at their own peril

I'd tuned out by the time the modern stuff came around but I think they were quite big lots of 25+. I've just checked and most only went for an average of about ~£2 per item which is as crap as usual

Other than the 30's most of the rest went at about the going rate didn't they?
