here's my latest buy, a set of 5 afa graded figures off ebay:

i'm very happy with them, the esb 32 back r2-d2 is an afa 90 and i reckon is worth a good chunk of what i paid for all 5! :D

it's not about the money mate, some of my cheapest items are the ones i'm most proud of, especially if they're a bargain. there's nothing clever about paying the market value for something

i only bought those to sell most of them as it was a good price for the lot.

I agree, like you Bollux those kind of items are out of my league I only collect what I can afford. One of my favourite buys was my lili-ledy Yoda for £15 8)

though that is a nice set ed - are you prepared to say what you paid :?:

Nice vehicles too coco - I too would love a sand crawler

all 5 were £500, which is way more than i usually spend in a single hit, but the r2-d2 must be worth half that. so i'm keeping him and 3-po, and selling the other 3.

£500!

I appreciate that they are worth that much but I could never begin to pay that out! My fiance would kill me! that would seriously dent the honeymoon budget!

I agree with edd.

It's not the value of the figure that should make it worthy of praise of showing off. It's whether it's one that you wanted, that you managed to get.

I have a few spare

Not sure on price though or condition. I know two are complete and boxed. ( one of those is in my collection.)

I think another has part missing off the remote control.

The final one I don't think has a reote at all.

I will have a look

WOW  You lot have been busy

Some really nice items on here so far. Ã'£500 for those AFAs is a great price Edd, you'd easily make that back on individual sales
