very weird COO markings

stumbled across an RS thread about tie fighter pilot COO markings

i have a no coo TFP the coo has been erased off the back of the right leg... (looks like LFL was erased so maybe on the back of BOTH legs!?)

also on the front of the legs -

right leg - MADE I HONG K NG <faint so only partially visable
left leg - Ã'© L. . . < also faint but you can get the idea

its too dark for my knackered K750 to take a decent pic so ill post this pic until i can do a better pic to give you an idea...


so it appears to have Ã'©L.F.L removed from the rear of the right leg
and Ã'©L.F.L. on the front of the left leg
and MADE IN HONG KONG front of the right leg.

the rear left leg has Ã'©L.F.L 1982 clearly marked.

this i find very unusual

any of you guys come across this variant? or is this a mutant!?

nobody seen coo markings on the front of the legs then before??

could it have had another figure put on top of it while the plastic was still soft in the factory?

it cant be another figure pressed onto it on another figure - the writing would be backwards


before i came to this forum i was just happy having one of each fig lol

now my collection has side stepped into variants

if there on the opposite legs then the figure must have turned over
