Well, I knew it was up there but only now have I had a proper look. Picked up a Transit van's worth of stuff from my parents house all packed up in bin liners around 10 years ago and moved the whole kit and caboodle straight into my loft. Finally gone through it all with a view to getting rid of the junk which I had no doubt accumulated and make some room in the loft - once you got through the hatch you couldn't even move up there!
One of the benefits of doing this is that I have been reunited with my much loved and much played with childhood Star Wars collection. It's nothing you won't have seen before but here are a few snaps that I took as I was boxing them up with a few comments along the way. So, in no particular order.....
I know, I know.... Should find a better way of storing these!
I have 14 of the last 17 - 3 have been opened but I still have the card - 11 still MoC but some of the bubbles are a little bashed.
Ray Park signed this Darth Maul - that dented the value!
Present from my Auntie but I already had one - that's the only reason this is still so nice.
Met Darth Vader in Alders of Croydon in 1983 - this is the window advertisment.
Whilst there we bought a new figure that is still in great condition.
Which he signed (I know it's not DP, in fact I'll never know who it is but I like it all the same!)
Got a photo with him too; yours truly shitting a brick aged 10!
Hope you enjoyed!
