Morning Forumites,

Not my work, but this needs flagging up:

http://www.theworks.co.uk/search/star%20wars%20sansweet

That Sansweet book is usually just under £20.00 on Amazon, @£6.99 I'm ordering a copy.

One or two other bits there that may be of interest.

Nice, ordered one too with 25% off that came to just £5.50 for the book, plus banged this one in the virtual basket too http://www.theworks.co.uk/p/art/star-wars:-1000-collectibles/9780810972919 to take the order over £10 to qualify for free shipping.

Both books look kinda lightweight in terms of serious in-depth knowledge but the price was right and they should be fun to flick through...

Link Doesn't work mate

Sorry about that, it works on mine. The book was Star Wars: 1000 Collectibles, here's another link to the amazon site rather than The Works:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Star-Wars-Collectibles-Memorabilia-Stories/dp/0810972913

Looks quite enjoyable, and with 568 pages it's got to have at least some interesting stuff in it. The price was right too in The Works sale worked out at £12.50 I think.

Pics of every Star Wars action figure there had been until publication date. Good if you like a lot of modern I guess. Great photos.

Got mine today, not really that bothered with it, it's ok for a quick skim read. Big price reduction though.

I bought this book last year and I must admit I agree with the above.

I would however recommend this book as being a great buy - http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2/279-1539574-7484148?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=The+Ultimate+Guide+to+Vintage+Star+Wars+Action+Figures%2C

Received mine at Christmas and it's a nice addition to the Kellerman book as it has some great sections and pictures of the vintage vehicles as well as figures (Droids & Ewoks included!). I've yet to read it so not sure what the information on the items is like although I maybe more about the characters the figures were based on than variants ect. Still a nice looking book though for the price and it's always good to look at vintage Star Wars :D
