Is this a reseal?

Hi all,

Bought this Anakin quite a few years back (forget how many, but defo 10+) - just wondering if it is a reseal. The bubble looks good to me, but the face of the card has lifted off fairly uniformly all the way around the inside of the bubble?

Is this something that occurred from new or evidence of foul play?

Yep, no pic or working link to be seen.

However, from just the description, I have a 12 back Luke that can be described in the same way. I feel comfortable being able to tell reseals myself, but have also deferred to people with at least the same knowledge (and sometimes more), and we are all in agreement. At some point, there was force exerted on the bubble that pulled it from the card. While it is still sealed, the cardboard within the bubble that it is attached to has started to come away from the card, causing the slightest tearing inside the bubble.

Still authentic and sealed, but looks odd.
