Inspired by some recent steals on the LA thread, I thought it would be good to keep the bargain MOCs in one place to show that collecting vintage Star wars is still affordable.

Benny's recent LA is fantastic

Great idea for a thread... :D

I guess it's dependent on the figure, but having started out on the Rebel commando focus here's some of the bargains I've picked up...£110 total for 3 MOC figures including a hard to find "foreign" card

Kenner 65 back... eBay...pop missing, still....£27

Great thread. Here's my contribution. The picture is not good, and the card displays better than the photo gives it credit, but this was got for £50 not inc p and p.

I like this thread :) Definitely agree that you can still collect Vintage even on a limited budget, if you've got the time to look for them then you'll find the bargains day in day out.

This was £50 from rangersjedi

This was £45 at the NEC

And without photos at the minute from Ebay I got;

Nov 15 - Trilogo Anakin and Emperor for £70 the pair delivered by the GSP and unfortunately packaged by a retard so the Anakin burst free

Aug 15 - Trilogo Rancor Keeper and Weequay £56 the pair

July 15 - 45 back CCP (pop cut) for £39 delivered from the states

Prices have gone up but if you're patient/lucky there are deals to be had.

Great idea :) here's a recent one of mine:

I don't often post my pick ups in here, but with all the talk of over-priced figures in other threads I wanted to post this up to prove that bargains are still out there. I picked this up "in the wild" for £34 at the weekend. Very pleased as I've been looking for one for a while, as you probably know I collect trilogos but this is one of the few characters you can't get on a trilogo card, so this Palitoy 65 back is the next best thing.

Don't give up guys, if I can pick up a Palitoy first 12 MOC for a fraction over 30 quid, there is hope :)

Also I didn't post these in the LA thread, but I picked these two 77 backs up from the same seller on eBay last month for £43 and £35. The Han has some minor sticker removal damage, but the Rebel Commando is a minter.
