i am also into cars so there is a forum for that i visit regularly.
a member on there just posted up this photo from when he was a kid, and i thought some of you would probably like to see it. amazing how such photos turn up without any intention!

I remember when Darth Vader came to toy shops and signed the slips that his assistant is holding, still got mine too!

Is it sad that'd I'd quite happily go back to being 4 years old again if it means I get to be in toy shops like that?

I had Darth Vader sign a ROTJ Ree Yees when i was a kid. I'll have to try and dig it out.

Ah....what i would give to be a kid again!!

Oh well back to building my time machine......

Nice pic Edd. I have one very similiar of myself with Vader when I was a kid. Have been trying to find it for ages but I just don't know where it is

i would love to go back a few years and go into a toy shop like that. its a shame there arent more collecters shops like that around!!!

My nan was so cool taking me to shops to see Vader and buying me a figure every week!

What a spoilt little **** i was!! :lol:

The local Palitoy rep took me to see Vader at shop. She arranged for me to get a picture taken by the local newspaper. Picture was never in the paper, but I got a nice 8x10 out of it with Vader lifting me up with loads of toys behind us.

Still got the photo, but it got damaged over the years

Is it just me or does the guy walking through the door look a bit surprised to see a dark lord of the sith :lol:
And yes the one I sold Bollux has the sticker, think it only says "AT AT Imperial All terrain Attack Transport Vehicle" Could be wrong though :?
