Bespin Black Security Guard - PBP?

Hello ,

I am looking to check if my Bespin Security Guard (Black) is a PBP version and if so what sort of value is he going for now?

He has a scarred Coo.

Going through all my figures and looking for variations.

Also have Princess Leia Bespin (Turtle Neck), Han Solo Bespin, Lobot, Princess Leia Hoth, Imperial Commander, AT AT Commander and Zuckuss all with NO COO's.

Know as a rule of thumb dosent always mean they are rarer variations, but can post them if you think may be variants for a better look.

I have posted picture of the Black Bespin Guard and any help or advice would be appreciated.

You will need to post a much clearer picture of the left and right legs as it is too hard to see if it is the PBP Scar No Coo or the Euro Melted Down No Coo which looks similar. Looking at the eyebrow sculpt and the colour of the cuffs I am guessing the latter but would not like to determine from the pics.
