Hey guys, stranger to pretty much everyone on here, but I'm a long time admirer and follower of the site. I've always kind of lurked begins the scenes.

Loved hearing and seeing people's stories of then and now, which has always made me want to get in my Mums loft to see if much or little of anything I had back then had been saved.

My Mum has always said 'Craig, we definately had a clear out' in the early 90's of pretty much everything I played with as a kid. I was born in 1981, gotten heavily into the trilogy in 85, so a lot of the earlier figures, ships and other toys I bought or got given were second hand.

Last time I seen my collection I think was around 1991. My collection is now Star Wars autographs and has been since about 1999, but I've always wondered if anything was still at my Mums.

Anyway, today was the day I managed to get up there for a good few hours... absolutely delighted to have found 'most' of what I had back then.

Apologies for taken up a thread to share my delight, but I thought a few of you would appreciate what I found. Still buzzing!! Scared to show my 4 year old son incase he wants them to play with...

Here, at the very back of my Mums loft, hidden under a bunch of bin bags and show boxes:

There really isn't mate, and thank you. I was beginning to lose hope in all honesty but gave it another half hour and there they were. Shocked how well some looked considering the age of the figure and the age of myself when I was playing with them. My Wicket and Tusken Raider look brand new... also shocked to have found 3 Bounty Hunters all with weapons. Chewie isn't looking too bad either

What a great selection you have and that Hollow tubes Tuscan is worth quite a bit now a days so that was a very lucky find. One thing I was wondering though is why do you have 3 Hoth Han's?

Thank for sharing,

Thanks guys, really was a treat finding this lot today.

Ian, I was curious myself! I certainly can't remember having 3 when I was young. My mum seems to think that two were picked up in a street jumble sale, there was a bag of loose figures for sale and two were amongst them. The other she thinks belonged to a cousin. All 3 aren't in the best of condition to be honest.

Thanks for letting me know and maybe one of them is a folded legs variant (you never know).

Enjoy your collection though, there are many of us on here who would love to be reunited with our old collections.

Amazing for you! Love to see threads like this, truly the stuff dreams are made of.

How the hell did you get the Tie-Interceptor to stay like that?

Wow what an awesome find well done, thanks for showing us. :)

The only thing up in my mom n dad's loft from my childhood is a carrier bag of C64 tapes with no cases and some dot matrix printer paper.

Never heard of this before, could you please explain?
Perhaps Han needs the toilet really, really badly?

I'm guessing Ian made a typo and actually meant 'molded legs', but then again, if I'm wrong, I'm about to learn about an exciting new variant! :-D
