One of my all-time favourites, both as a kid and collector. As a kid this looked so close to what appeared in the film that it fascinated me.

I've posted this before but here I am with my brother with our combined SW toys (and the plastic knife that went everywhere with him for a while!) - my R2 can be seen on the left.

And heres the Kenner one I have today. It's not sealed but the box and R2 are in fantastic condition, the box flap is not folded.

I'll try to get some better pictures as soon as I can.

Superb! What a wonderful photo to have, and what a terrific R2-D2. Thanks for sharing :)

Thanks! All my childhood SW toys are gone, sold in the 80s

The small R2 was my brother's, which is why it's wrecked!

A good variety of R2s here. Like a lot of my 12" my loose R2 was sold a while back, but I still have the RC one

Another cool box, I have wanted a Radio controlled R2-D2 for a long time. But everytime I see one for sale then it is yellow or missing a part or seller can't tell me if it works or there is no box, inserts or instruction for it and if there is then it is ****ing expensive and only for sale as a buy it now :(

But I still hope that I will get a nice one in the future :D

Does it work and what are the 2 parts under the r2 on the picture ? :?

Cheers Lars, the R2 at the bottom is the regular 12" with his Death Star plans.

The RC R2 definitely still works but the steering is temperamental
