i dont know much about these and have never seen a origanal so i thought they were a myth .
but does the cape on this look a little short

That's a really bad fake

The only 'real' production red cape is burgundy and came from the Lili Ledy factory Mexico.
But these are also very often faked. You need to buy from a known collector like this one: Lili Ledy red Bib
Authenticated by Pedro Rosas, respected LL collector.

Hong Kong AFA graded red caped Bib Fortuna's have been posted on the RS forum: -

I don't know if this one was fake but until recently I always thought they were only promotional pieces

It's definitely a fake, regardless of what the seller says.

Sadly there a quite alot coming up for sale all the time on ebay but they are very easy to spot.

Genuine prototype ones don't come up for sale so if you see one for sale it is 99% a fake and you see maybe one or two genuine Ledy burgundy ones a year.
