Thought I would start a topic where you can post. Pics of your star wars related Xmas presents.
No vintage for me but did get this massive (have put a vader next to it for size comparison) Darth vader book. It awesome and because it's by Lucas film it's got loads of unseen pictures in.

Thought i'd post pics of all my vintage prezies ...

I got the ESB Hoth Stormie from one of my brothers and my ma and i got the two loose Stormies from another brother. Bloody awesome!
The Meccano to Trilogo book is from my (SWCC) secret santa which i'm chuffed to bits with plus it has been signed my Stephane (the author) to me which was a very nice touch. Sat reading it most of christmas day.
:D
And the pics below are from a game of articulate which we played on christmas day... my brother thought we could do with some vintage SW figures as 'counters/playing pieces'

Jawa wasn't to bad Weaz, the robes and hood are a considerably good deal.
The most expensive part was the blaster as it's made from a foam so it's not to heavy for him.

Can't wait to start the UCS Ed, 703 pieces, not one of the bigger UCS Sets mate.

Nice one Stu, that is a small UCS set. I got the Lego visual guide- saw the UCS falcon, over 5000 pieces! There was a great thread on eurobricks, a guy on there managed to gather a ucs falcon brick by brick from places like brick link and the Lego shop. From memory with shipping it cost him less than 200 quid! A complete used on regularly sells for 600.

The book and PondTrooper were from the Mrs. The little diecasts from the mother inlaw, and Slave 1 bought with my customers christmas tips. Thought i'd got a reasonable deal as there was a fiver off it in ToysRUs, only to notice later that there's £20 of it at Argos
The making of The Empire Strikes Back is on it's way too along with a few keyrings from Lego.
