this is my first post. I was searching the net to find some help on an issue i was having and thats how i found this site.
I recently bought a MOC Zuckuss off of ebay. The card is genuine and the figure inside appears to be mint as would be expected. My problem is I am not sure if this was a reseal or not. First issue, Zuckuss is holding his gun in his hand. And there is tape on the gun, that I am assuming was supposed to be used to tape it to the inside of the bubble. Also, it looks like there is debris on the left side bubble between where the bubble is glued to the card. I know stores back in the 1980's sent figures back to the manufacturer to be recarded on the card of the current Star Wars movie of the time, new hope -> empire -> Jedi. Can anybody shed some light on this?
