Jabba the Hutt variant help

Picked a job lot of vintage a few weeks ago, including a Jabba playset. The face of Jabba is very yellow (on right in photo) compared to the one have in my loose run. Just wondering if anyone knew it this yellow face is a known variant? If so would be be great if you could share details.

I think it's plastic discolouring, but not sure. :?

I am not sure :? I know there is some different coo variants of him and the lili ledy does not look like the kenner variant
