B-Wing sound does not work

I found a b-wing in nice condition on ebay, but buyer says sound is not working. he assured me he cleaned the battery contacts but had not a look inside...

despite a loose cable which i could fix, are there any known problems with the soundchip or anything else i should know ?

no sound chips on vintage star wars wiesel. Just a motor that spins round, if you give it a push all should be fine

Yeah, what Andy says.

Though from what I hear the B-Wing is difficult to disassemble and reassemble, so it's better to have a working one right from the start.
