As the title says, WTF are these? They look like they have Nien nunb offer stickers on them.

This might be really obvious but are they not just backing cards with the headers cut off ?

Yeah now you say it, they just look odd but someone's obviously cut the borders and headers off.

I tell you what - all of the other cards look like ESB - there is every probability that the 4-Lom is as well

If they are all esb then they also had an offerless c 3 pp removable limbs and Luke hoth. Both very hard to find on offerless esb cards.
